INSTALLATION PROCEDURE 1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR HINT: Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the engine coolant temperature sensor. Click here (a) Apply a light coat of engine coolant to the O-ring of the engine coolant temperature sensor. (b) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor to the water outlet with a new clip. NOTICE:
(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector. 2. INSTALL CONVERTER WITH INVERTER ASSEMBLY Click here 3. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR (a) Apply a light coat of engine coolant to the O-ring of the No. 2 engine coolant temperature sensor. (b) Install the No. 2 engine coolant temperature sensor to the radiator pipe with a new clip. NOTICE:
(c) Connect the No. 2 engine coolant temperature sensor connector. 4. INSTALL INLET AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY Click here 5. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Click here 6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine) Click here 7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine) Click here 8.
