DESCRIPTION This DTC is stored if the television camera assembly judges that there is an internal malfunction as a result of its self check. HINT: The television camera assembly stores different types of information during initialization. If the television camera assembly cannot read the stored information when it is activated, the television camera assembly judges that there is an internal malfunction and stores this DTC.
CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT NOTICE: Depending on the parts that are replaced or operations that are performed during vehicle inspection or maintenance, calibration of other systems as well as the parking assist monitor system may be needed. Click here PROCEDURE
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3. (b) Turn the engine switch on (IG). (c) Turn the Techstream on. (d) Enter the following menus: Chassis / Parking Assist Camera / Data List. (e) According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List. Chassis > Parking Assist Camera > Data List
(a) Perform the following procedure depending on the memory conditions to register the vehicle information into the television camera assembly. (1) Television camera assembly optical axis adjustment (back camera position setting). Click here (2) Steering angle setting. Click here
(a) Clear the DTCs. Chassis > Parking Assist Camera > Clear DTCs(b) Recheck for DTCs and check that no DTCs are output. Chassis > Parking Assist Camera > Trouble CodesHINT:
